1. Return Policy

KTS Inc. guarantees that if you are not completely satisfied with hair piece you purchase, you may return it to us. Upon receipt of your order, review all items.

If our products are factory error, simply return the unit, uncut and unaltered in any way, within 30 days of receipt, for a prompt refund, no questions asked. 

Return shipping fee not included.

We guarantee the quality of our Custom Systems to meet or exceed the quality of our competitors.
We guarantee our price to be the lowest for what we are offering.

Our Custom Systems are guaranteed to be made to the exact specifications of the order form or they will be exchanged without cost penalty.

Products which are cut, worn, or used in any way may not be accepted.

Factory errors will be evaluated and corrected in a timely manner.

2. Refund Money

Your refund will be processed when the item(s) being returned have been received. In order for you to receive full credit, the items(s) must be unworn, undamaged and returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping fee not included. We appreciate and encourage your feedback, but all comments, suggestions, ideas, information and other communications you transmit to us about this Web Site or its content (except for personal Customer Information and Order Forms) shall be deemed nonconfidential.

KTS Inc. can use, reproduce, disclose or distribute all such communications freely without limitation or obligation.

 

NOTE: To receive a full refund, the hair system must first be returned to us

Not covered

  • Transactions paid with any offline payment method (examples: cash, bank to bank transfer, money orders, escrow services)

  • Buyer remorse or any reason other than not receiving an item or receiving an item that isn't as described in the listing (see the seller's return policy for return options)

  • Duplicate claims through other resolution methods

  • The following scenarios:

    • A local pickup item wasn't collected by, or on behalf of, the buyer

    • Items damaged during pickup

    • The buyer arranged for courier pickup, their own shipping method, or freight delivery of the item

    • The item was sent to another address after the original delivery, or buyer uses a freight forwarder

3. Personal Information

Personal information is collected for the purpose of creating a mailing list. Users may choose not to enroll
in our mailing list. If enrolled, a user may request their name be removed from our mailing list at any time. This can be done simply by emailing us from the KTS Inc.

 

Order forms and registration forms are used to request information, products, and services and information such as users' email addresses, names, telephone numbers and mailing addresses. Information from these forms is used for record keeping and shipping only. Any financial information, such as credit card numbers
is used to bill the user for merchandise purchased and is kept secure.


KTS Inc. surveys and contests may ask users for contact information, such as email addresses, or information about hobbies or interests. This information is used to send news about our products and services and to help us provide our customers with better service.
